Terms and Conditions

Order forms: All orders must be placed through this Allmoxy site. No paper order forms are available. Your order becomes your confirmation.

Lead-time: ( subject to change based on capacity) 7 production days for "quick ship" closet parts and 5-piece doors. 10 production days on all other closet parts and unassembled cabinetry. 15 production days on assembled cabinetry (Production days begin when all material and/or outsourced items arrive after your order is processed, not from the date the order is submitted).  Accessories, hardware and garage accessories that are “in stock” are available immediately, otherwise thay are subject to lead times based on availability. Order cutoff time is 2:00.  The pick up or shipping date is on your order once it is marked “in process”.

Requested dates:  If you request a delivery date that is less than standard lead times, we will do our best to accommodate, but an earlier request date does not gurantee that we can do so. If you requested an extened date due to a later installation requirement, we will set that as your completion date. If we complete your order early, we will contact you and you'll have the opportunity to arrange pickup or delivery at that time. If you cannot take delivery of your order sooner, you will not be obligated to pay storage fees until you exceed the requested date.

Returns: All our parts and cabinets are custom made to your specifications, therefore, not returnable!  Hardware and molding in resellable condition will be accepted for return with a 30% restocking fee. These items must be returned to us within 14 business days of your pickup or delivery date. 

Storage: You are expected to have your job delivered or picked up within 3 days of the completion date or it will be shipped to a storage facility – a $30.00 per day charge will apply.

Rush service: Rush servies are not available at this time. If you need an order produced in a shorter than advertised lead time, you must contact us directly with your request. Whether we can accommodate this request, and any possible fees, will be determined on a case-by-case basis. This will depend on factors such as material availability and our production schedule. We will only evaluate Rush options on bids that are submitted as orders. 

Remakes: We make every effort to ship your order accurate and damage-free. In the event of an error on our part, we will make every effort to correct the problem within 24 hours, with 2 days reserved for 5 pc. Doors. You MUST go into your Allmoxy account and use the “request a remake” function. We will not accept remake requests by phone, text or email. If the item that requires a remake is part of a "Kit" item such as doors with hinges or drawers with slides, face and drawer box, you must specify which item(s) are required. This also applies to pairs of doors. If the item requiring remake is only one of a pair, please specify. This information can be included in the "Reason for remake" section. You must also provide photos of the issue as well as a clear photo of the label for that item. These photos should be attached to the remake order in the "Attachments" section in Allmoxy. Please make sure that these remake requirements are addressed with your installation crew so they can take the required photos while on site to avoid having to go back to the job site afterwards. 

Packaging: Depending on the size of the order and shipping method, we use our discretion as to the packaging, palatalizing and wrapping method. It is in our mutual interest to follow this process to assure your product arrives free from defects.

Shipping & delivery methods: In addition to picking up your order, we work with an independent trucking company for deliveries within our 150-mile radius. We can wrap and palatalize orders to be shipped anywhere. The customer is responsible for all freight charges. Any special needs related to shipping should be listed under the “shipping instructions” box.

Payment: Canary Closets and Cabinetry is a COD company. We offer NO terms whatsoever. Orders must be paid in full upon local delivery or pick up. Orders shipped via common carrier must be paid in full prior to leaving our loading dock. New customers must pay for their first order in full, up front.

Warranty: Cabinets and components manufactured by Canary Closets and Cabinetry are warranted against defects from manufacturing and delaminating for 3 years from delivery. Our liability is limited to part replacement; therefore shipping, installation and related expenses are not covered.
